Every bucket is a UTC hour or UTC day; the ledger shows the same UTC instants. All-time has no baseline. Volume counts each executed pool swap once; days after the audit cutoff come from hourly snapshots and are marked partial. Missing hours are drawn dashed and never treated as zero.
